Listing your home as a private exclusive allows you to control what information is shared about you and your home while still getting exposure to top agents at Compass. What does this mean? It means that while your home is a Private Exclusive, Compass Realtors will be able to show your property through the Compass App but it won’t be consumer searchable on the internet or the MLS.

If you want to limit the number of people to see your home because of privacy reasons, this is the way to go. It makes it so easy to share without blasting the property on the internet.
